Our company provides emergency medical services (EMS) for events and organizations, specializing in care for vulnerable populations, including the homeless community. Services include on-site emergency care, management of medical emergencies, coordination with local emergency services, and training programs.

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, on our website is the property of EMT ELITE and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

4. Submitted Content

Any content you submit to us, including but not limited to feedback, suggestions, and posts, becomes our property. By submitting content, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content worldwide.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by EMT ELITE. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Arizona.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Use of our website and services does not create a professional-client relationship. Communications between you and EMT ELITE through this website are not protected by privilege.

The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on our website are the registered and unregistered trademarks of EMT ELITE and/or third parties. You are not permitted to use these trademarks without the prior written consent of EMT ELITE or the third party that owns the trademark.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, EMT ELITE grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and make personal use of the website and its content. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the website or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this website or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
